Michael, Guy’s father, holds a very important role at Dizza Communications.

Michael, Guy’s father, holds a very important role at Dizza Communications. He is often a role model to many workers as he has “been there and done it all” himself. Guy learnt everything he knows from his father ensuring the opportunity for great success.

Michaels past consist of owning and operating an agriculture farm for 30 years where he managed 5,000 acres of livestock and crop. This taught him to deal with difficult situations, often having to think on the spot and develop new ways of fixing an issue and develop an extremely positive work ethic.

These core skills and work ethics have been adapted and are incorporated into the Dizza culture which Michael is now heavily involved in. Michaels ability to teach people life skills and the ability to fix a problem rather then walk away gives Dizza Communications the strength to tackle any job.
